What we use
- Essential functions: WordPress security and login functions where applicable, form spam protection, and Complianz cookies (names beginning cmplz_) that remember your choices. Consent preferences normally last up to one year. Google reCAPTCHA protects our forms and may process device and interaction information for spam prevention.
- Optional analytics: Google Analytics 4 helps us understand traffic sources, pages visited, engagement, clicks and completed enquiries. Google Analytics cookies such as _ga and _ga_Q92TPJC4C8 distinguish browsers and maintain session information; they may last up to two years and may be renewed on visits. A temporary per-tab browser storage entry is used after consent to associate a submitted form with its success message; entries older than 30 minutes are ignored and successful entries are removed.
- Optional external content: Google Maps may set or access its own cookies and process information when enabled. These services are governed by their providers’ policies.
Information used in reports
Our business event tracking records event types, page paths, form identifiers and scroll percentages. It does not record keystrokes, passwords or form answers. We do not use session recordings or automatically identify anonymous visitors for sales outreach. Information you submit in an enquiry is handled separately so we can respond to you.
Google may process analytics information outside Canada. Learn more in Google’s Privacy Policy. Browser privacy controls and blocking tools can also limit tracking. Withdrawing consent stops future optional tracking; it does not automatically erase information already collected. You may clear stored cookies through your browser settings.
